Wild West Games (“we”, “our”) operates the website wildwestgames.co and the Wild West Games Android app. This policy explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
- Google sign-in (app only): If you choose “Continue with Google”, we receive your Google account ID, display name, and email (if shared by Google) to create or match your games profile. We do not ask you to create a separate username or password.
- Play Games friends (app only): With your permission, we sync your Google Play Games friend list so you can invite friends who also use the app.
- Gameplay data: Game scores, room codes, friend links, and multiplayer state needed to run games and invites.
- Feedback: Optional bug reports or messages you submit in-game.
What we do not do
- No ads and no ad tracking.
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not require a child to create their own account — adult Google sign-in is used on the app.
How we use data
We use the information above to sign you in, sync multiplayer games, show friends, send game invites, and improve the service. Data is stored on WestHub servers (westhub.app) used to operate Wild West Games.
Third parties
- Google: Sign-in and Play Games Services are provided by Google and subject to Google’s Privacy Policy.
- Hosting: Our website and APIs are hosted on infrastructure we control.
Children
Wild West Games is designed for families. The Android app uses an adult’s Google account for sign-in. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 without parental involvement.
Retention & deletion
You may sign out in the app at any time. To request account deletion, contact us at games@westhub.app from the email linked to your account.
